Leverage Leading

I listened to “Leverage Leading” on Audible. It says you have to read business books for the purpose of producing results. To do this, make notes that capture only the essence of the book. Read the notes repeatedly until you get them. This is the color bath effect. And it is more effective to teach what you have learned to others. Isn’t it similar to learning English?
