When I started my career, I was programming PLI and COBOL on a general purpose computer IBM 3090.
Then Perl, ASP, ASP.net, PHP, Java, Python, Go… in UNIX environment.
Now I am developing various video and networking services on AWS.
I have to keep learning new programming languages, development environments, and database systems.
It is the same as studying English.
