I’ve done some things when I’m tired to study English so far.
For example, exercise, playing bass guitar or house chores, etc.
But I found a more effective thing.
It’s to do “nothing”.
I just lay on the floor and close my eyes for about five or ten minutes.
After that, I recover from the fatigue.
It’s really simple but I didn’t notice it ever.
