I flew to Shikoku.
It was two day and one-night trip!
First, I went to Takamatsu and ate Sanuki Udon noodles.
Next, I went to Leoma World and saw many roses in the English Garden.
Then I went to a gardening store and bought some roses.
Early the following day, I saw Monet’s garden.
The garden was modeled after the one Monet created in Giberni, France.
It looked like Monet’s garden in Giberni, with a large pond and water lilies in bloom.
I had seen the pond in Giberni three years ago.
Monet painted his water lilies there.
After having lunch there, we went to the Makino Botanical Garden.
Dr. Makino is a famous botanist. My feet hurt from walking so much!

How active you are!
What a beautiful sight! It is like a work of art.
I had a picture of a copy of Les Nymphéas at home when I was a child.
