Day 51 – July 12th ( Tue ), 2022 -Mediocre day
I have just received my complete medical check-up result.
Unfortunately, I have to get re-examined to help ensure accurate test results because I have a high cholesterol level.
This is because I lead a sedentary life, I go out little and I am out of training entirely on weekdays.
I will go on a walk before re-examining.
