Day 55 – July 18th ( Mon ), 2022 – Great day
One of the newspaper articles was about mother tongues. Recently, the number of people learning Chinese in
Singapore has been decreasing.
They study Chinese until they graduate high school, but they don’t even open any books after that.
We Japanese can live our entire lives using only Japanese without any problems.
In a sense, that may be a boring life. I am studying English now, however, I plan to start Spanish again if I pass an English exam.
