Day 62 – July 26th ( TUE), 2022 – Mediocre day.
Finally, handmade miso was ready. It took six months.
I’ll give someone a present such as something homemade-miso or vegetables in return if I am being given something
from someone.
In the old days, there used to be barter, but such a custom may be disappearing nowadays.
The miso is still not well blended yet, and it is best to eat it another two months later.
