Matumoto sennsei’s seminar 2

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

I always watched the English study program, “Otonano kisoeigo” on TV.
Matumoto sensei said, “Hajimemashite is nice to meet you in English, but when we see the same person again, we should say “Nice to see you” instead.
I like this phrase.

I work for KidZania, where children can become more familiar with what they are interested in through role play.

I usually say “Nice to meet you” to the kids.
Some of them come twice or 3 times a day.
When I see them again, I say to them, “Nice to see you” and explain why I changed my words.
The kids usually say “English is interesting!”
I’m glad that I can foster their interest in English.
I always thought that if I could meet Matsumoto sensei, I would like to talk about this.
Then I was actually able to meet him in real life, so I was surprised!!
This is thanks to Shinya sensei!

If I hadn’t met Shinya sensei, I wouldn’t have had this chance.
There will be a lot of wonderful encounters if I continue to speak English from now on.
