Day 79 – August 22nd (Mon), 2022 – Mediocre day
I have enough sleep for at least 6 hours, but often feel sleepy after eating.
I am incredibly sleepy after lunch on my days off. When I have work, I rarely have lunch, so I never feel sleepy.
I heard that there was a bus rollover accident in Nagoya today.
The driver died, so I don’t know if the accident was caused by falling asleep or not, but I will be careful.
