Day 102 – October 3rd ( Mon ), 2022 – Mediocre day
It is the season when peanuts are delicious.
Since fresh peanuts are sold at agricultural cooperatives, I bought them, the “first peanuts” of the year.
Boil them with salt for 40 minutes and then leave them for 10 minutes.
The peanuts were plump, puffy, and tasty after being placed in a colander.
It takes time, but by all means, buy raw peanuts and boil them.
