Rice-flour dumplings mixed with daikon

Day 119 – November 28th ( Mon ), 2022 – Mediocre day

Using daikon radish from our garden, I made “daikon mochi” today.

Cut 200g daikon into strips and put them in a bowl.

Then, add bacon cut into thin strips. Add 4 tablespoons of flour and 4 tablespoons of potato starch.

Add a pinch of salt. Add chopped green onions to taste. Mix well. Put sesame oil in a pan and

put the ingredients in the bowl into the pan, and steam fry them.

When both sides are browned, it is ready to serve. It has a chewy texture.
