We programmers write code to tell the computer what to do.
As it is, it is understandable to humans, but not to computers.
Therefore, we need to translate the code so that the computer can understand it.
This can be done by a language system, or it can be compiled manually by a human.
I imagine that in the near future, humans will be able to communicate with computers using brain waves.
