I can hardly hear anything above 2000 Hz, so I cannot hear any consonants in English materials from the speakers, and I always have to listen back to conversations with women at close range.

I use headphones and turn up the volume so loud that I can barely hear anything that sounds like consonants.

I would like to know if there are any pronunciation exercises that can be done by people with hearing loss.
