Company Cafeteria Menu

I eat in a company cafeteria for lunch every day. Its menu is partly written in English.

For example,

“十勝豚丼” is Grilled pork on-rice Tokai-style.

“豚汁うどん” is Udon with pork & vegetables in miso broth.

 “筑前煮” is Braised chicken & Vegetables gameni-style.

“サバの塩焼き” is Salt-broiled a season’s mackerel.

“豚生姜焼き” is Ginger grilled pork.

“やみつき旨辛!チキングリル” is Addictive spicy! Chicken grill.

“うな丼” is Broiled eel on rice.

“鶏肉とレンコンの黒胡椒炒め” is Pork and lotus root black pepper sautee

.”鰆西京焼き” is Grilled Japanese spanish mackerel with Saikya-miso.

“豚しゃぶ肉と温野菜の胡麻ソース” is Pork shabu-shabu vegetable sesame souse.

“豚骨味噌ラーメン” is Chinese noodles in miso & pork broth.

etc.

Looking at the menu is very interesting.
