Day 126 – January 8th, (Sun), 2023 – Mediocre day
What I have been feeling lately is severe stiffness in my shoulders.
This may be caused by the excessive use of smartphones.
They are convenient, but they seem to be prone to health problems and dementia.
I may need to cut back on it for a bit.
