Day 10 – May 31st ( Tue ), 2022 – Mediocre Day
My usual breakfast consists of brown rice, one or two easy dishes, miso soup, and pickles.
It is especially good financially because I can cut and use leftover vegetables as the ingredient.
Also, this miso has isoflavones, so it is an energizing soup.
How about miso soup?



I eat a loaf of bread and a cup of coffee for breakfast.
