Day 5- May 26th ( Thu ), 2022 – Training Day
My lunch is oatmeal and dried fruits instead of rice.
It’s been two years since I started this lifestyle.
The reason why is that I cannot work if I feel sleepy after eating.
When I am hungry, my head is more precise and my work goes more smoothly.
So, my lunch doesn’t interfere with my work.
If you tend to get sleepy, would you like to try it?



I will try it for breakfast!
I eat chocolate flavored granola in the morning.
