Day 32 – June 22nd ( Wed ), 2022 – Mediocre Day
I prefer soba to udon.
As a child, I only ate udon when I caught a cold. But now, I love Udon, too.
We have the local specialty Udon – “Suke-san Udon” in Kokura where I live now.
It’s so delicious. It is a so-called “soul food” with burdock root and meat.
It seems that one day it will make its way to Tokyo, so I hope you will try it then.



I don’t mind soba, but I am allergic to buckwheat.
