Article: US Supreme Court Expands Gun Rights

I read the article that the U.S. Supreme Court admitted the existing gun rights to carry handguns in public. It means they refused a New York state law that limited the carrying of concealed weapons outside the home.

I am not sure who and how can amend the wrong constitution so that citizens are protected from criminals who cannot make a calm judgment under the circumstances.
Even though many people including president Joe Biden have been opposing the current conditions that many serious incidents with guns have occurred in the U.S.

I suspect that someone incurs damage if guns are regulated..
