Reopen the promenade in my town that was closed due to bear sightings.

Promenade along the river is a place of relaxation for us townspeople. I think it should be open if It’s safe.

Firstly, I suspect that bears have been gone for a while now. This is because my dog doesn’t mind going there these days. Moreover, the weeds on the side of the riverbed have been mowed and the visibility has improved.

Secondly, that is my favorite dog walking trail. Walking in a residential area is uncomfortable. On the other hand, we don’t have  to worry about other people or cars when walking on the promenade.

Therefore, I would like to reopen the promenade. I hope humans should coexist with nature. For that, I think that humans respect wild animals and must make an effort.
